Free Starter Website Prize Draw Terms

These terms apply to the THEED REWORK.CO Free Starter Website prize draw. Please read them before entering.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Paul Theed trading as THEED REWORK.CO, theedrework.co.uk.

2. Who can enter

• The prize draw is open to people aged 18 or over who own or are authorised to represent a business based in Northern Ireland.
• Only one entry is permitted per business.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Following, liking, tagging or sharing on social media is not required.

3. How to enter

Complete and submit the entry form on the Free Starter Website page before the closing time. Entrants should provide accurate contact and business information. They are not expected to determine the correct website structure or technical solution themselves.

4. The prize

The prize is one THEED REWORK.CO Starter Website designed and built around the winning business, with the first 12 months of hosting and one standard low-cost domain registration for the first year where needed. There is no website design or build fee.

A Starter Website will normally include around 3 to 5 core pages, depending on the business, together with straightforward functionality such as business information, services, menus, price lists, galleries, contact or enquiry forms, simple booking requests, links to existing services or a small amount of simple selling functionality where appropriate.

5. What is outside the normal Starter Website scope

The prize does not normally include a full ecommerce build, a large or complex product catalogue, complex product configuration, complex ordering or fulfilment systems, complex booking platforms, memberships, subscriptions, bespoke web applications, significant custom development or paid third-party plugins and services unless specifically agreed.

There is no rigid product-count rule. Overall project complexity will be considered. Entrants do not need to decide whether their project fits before entering.

6. Eligibility review

After entries close, THEED REWORK.CO will review submissions only to decide whether the project reasonably fits the Starter Website scope. This is not a judged competition and the winner will not be chosen according to which business is considered most deserving.

Every entry confirmed as eligible will have the same chance in the random draw. An entry will not be rejected simply because the entrant does not yet know exactly what the website needs.

7. Winner selection and contact

One winner is expected to be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 19 October 2026. The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided.

The winner must respond within 7 days of the first contact. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is later found not to meet the entry conditions or cannot accept the prize, THEED REWORK.CO may draw another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Domains and hosting

The prize includes one standard low-cost domain registration for the first year where needed. An existing suitable domain can be reused. If the winner wants a materially more expensive extension or a premium domain, the winner will be responsible for the additional cost and this will be agreed before purchase.

The first 12 months of hosting are included from the website launch date. There is no obligation to continue hosting with THEED REWORK.CO afterwards. Any future hosting or domain renewal costs will be explained before they become payable.

9. Existing websites

Businesses with an existing website may enter. Before making any production changes, THEED REWORK.CO will inspect the existing hosting, domain, DNS, business email, forms, analytics, SEO URLs, booking systems, ecommerce and other relevant integrations. Working systems and URLs will be preserved unless a change is genuinely required and approved.

10. Additional costs and services

The winner is not required to buy any additional service. Paid third-party plugins, subscriptions or services are not included unless specifically agreed. No additional cost will be committed without the winner's agreement.

11. Information and privacy

Entry information will be used only to administer the prize draw, confirm eligibility, assess whether the project fits the Starter Website scope, ask for clarification where needed, contact and administer the winner, and provide evidence that the promotion was administered fairly if required.

Entrants will not be added to a marketing list automatically. Information will be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, to deal with any query or dispute, or to meet a legal requirement. Please also read the THEED REWORK.CO Privacy Policy.

12. Winner announcement

After the winner has been contacted and confirmed, THEED REWORK.CO may announce the winning business name and general location. Personal contact details will not be published.

13. Fair administration

Possible duplicate entries may be reviewed using the business name and contact details supplied. Entries will not be deleted automatically. THEED REWORK.CO may ask for reasonable information to confirm eligibility or authority to represent the business.

THEED REWORK.CO may make a reasonable change to the administration of the promotion where necessary to deal with circumstances outside its control, provided the change does not unfairly disadvantage entrants. A record of eligible entries and the final draw list will be retained as evidence of fair administration.
